Nice, clean and comfortable place. No gold-plated faucets and marble vanities, no pretense. This place is completely appropriate in humble, but georgeous New Denver. I really liked it and will come back again.
Great place, great price! Full kitchen, deep bathtub, bbq, friendly owners. Had an amazing time at the New Denver beach and hiking Idaho Peak. Thanx for another great stay.
The Cabins are nothing fancy, but they were perfectly adequate for my overnight stay. Towels and linens were clean, but the room might not appease discerning guests. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes and cookware, which would be great for a longer booking. I never saw any staff during my stay, which was fine by me, but seemed concerning in the event of any problems. Also, the WiFi was slow and had a very weak signal in my cabin.
The images online are decieving. The yard is more like a back yard, with only 1 swing and a honest saftey hazard wood climbing wall, with junk and metal around it. The rooms have no AC, making the 10 difference to say at the inn or motel quite a problem. The wasps were insane making the yard un usable, but all of New Denver seemed like this. The wifi is disabled daily, which can become problematic, when planning a day trip. They advertise house cleaning but they dont clean during your stay, we were there for 5 days and had to use the same towels all 5 days. Not worth 100 a night, but either way I wont likely be back to New Denver anyways.
